Farm Operation

We have ceased most of our operations since 2018. We will occasional sell some potted plant on Craigslist. We practice Fukuoka natural farming. We recycle all organic matter to maintain and even improve the fertility of our land. We do not kill any wild lives on any purpose. We do not use any form of herbicides, pesticides or chemical fertilizers, except for gypsum and lime. We do not use organic fertilizers from any outside source. We do not kill pests or insects using anything more than our bear hands. We feed hand picked pests, such as slugs, and insects to our chickens. We do not practice burning that turns organic matter to greenhouse gas.

Mission Statements:
Turning Modern Agricultural Wasteland into the Garden of Eden
No Fertilizer, Only Natural Organic Matter
No Pesticides, No Herbicides, Minimal Human Footprint
Minimal Energy, No Heavy Machinery, Only Hand Tools and a Lawnmower
Growing Grass and Trees as Solar Batteries
Building a Self-sustainable Ecosystem

    1. Thank you for your interest in my farm.

This is a 10 year project to turn a piece of chemically abused wasteland into the Garden of Eden. You can see the progress from Nov 2014 to Jan 2017 at my other website:

      http://www.mininaturalfarm.net/p/a-ten-year-project.html

Right now I am doing 80% organic farming and 20% or may be less natural farming because of the poor quality of the soil. I hope by the end of 2024, I can do at least 80% natural farming and only 20% organic farming. The other problem I am facing is the total lack of shade. I have started to plant a lot of trees, but it takes time for them to establish!

You are welcome to come any time except for Tue afternoon. If there is anything you want to know about natural farming, I am pleased to let you know what I know.
